They’re loving, courageous, dedicated and patient! Teachers are the heroes who fill our classrooms and stand by parents to continually step up for the future of the children and communities they serve.
In classrooms across the U.S., Kiddie Academy teachers are making a positive difference in the lives of the children and families.
Every day, Kiddie Academy teachers and directors are putting in many extra hours preparing lessons, providing feedback to students and parents, attending meetings, taking continuing education classes and much more.
Kiddie Academy teachers do much more than teach basic skills or offer basic care. Because of these dedicated professionals, Kiddie Academy students are taught to think critically and independently, problem solve and work cooperatively with others – often helping children stand out from their peers by the time they enroll in elementary school.
Kiddie Academy teachers are nurturing each student’s individual potential and helping them see Amazing possibilities. Students might show appreciation with gifts or writing thank you cards for Teacher Appreciation Week.
While the month of May has become a time to celebrate and honor the vital work educators do with both Teacher Appreciation Week and Provider Appreciation Day, the National Association for the Education of Young Children (NAEYC) emphasizes the importance of showing teachers appreciation throughout the year.
Please join us in thanking all teachers, directors and staff at Kiddie Academy locations nationwide for the important work that they do!
